7 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, graphical design elements, the PKR999 brand name, logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, and the underlying software code — are owned by or licensed to PKR999 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, PKR999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction or redistribution of Content for commercial purposes.
• Modification, adaptation, translation or creation of derivative works from the Content.
